For $150.00, we set you up with everything you need to test the waters in raising chicks! You only need to make a non refundable $25 deposit to reserve your peeps!
Rental package includes:
- Six fluffy peeps
- Brooder box
- Heat lamp
- 20 pounds of chick feed
- Chick grit
- Water dish
- Feed dish
- Shavings for brooder floor
- "How to Raise Happy Peeps" guide
- Two months of rental time
- $25 credit towards a full coop if you decide to keep your peeps after the rental period!
After submitting payment, someone will contact you on the same business day to set up a time and date to deliver your rental package. Someone at least 18 years of age must be home to go through a demonstration on how to care for your peeps and sign our Rent The Hen agreement.
In the state of Maine there is a law stating that chicks can not be sold/rented in lots of less than 6. The state inspector personally told us this at our last event. You may want to check into this.
